The first question I always ask is related to, so get me in front of your marketing analytics. And so if the leader has to ask somebody, you know that there's a, you already know that there's an issue. That process is broken. The process is broken because it's siloed somewhere. You know, the information isn't readily or easily available. And then, you know, if you're getting the reports a lot of times in, you know, I would rather just review these and I would have my dashboards ready that, you know, measure, you know, the strategic value, you know, the operational value, the tactical value of each of, you know, of my funnel.
